		<description>I apologize; I didn&#039;t mean to suggest that Dylan&#039;s version predated the Brave Combo cover, or that of any of the other artists listed above.  At the time of this post, Dylan&#039;s album had just come out.

Thank you for your attention to detail, though -- outside of &quot;Weird Al&quot; Yankovic, I don&#039;t listen to all that much polka, but I really like this arrangement for this song.  Dylan&#039;s taste in music seems quite broad and even unpredictable, so it makes the most sense to me also that he&#039;s tipping his hat to the Brave Combo.</description>

Actually, it&#039;s the other WAY around.  Combo&#039;s &#039;It&#039;s Christmas, Man!&#039; cd definitely predates Dylan&#039;s Christmas cd.  I&#039;m certain Dylan was honoring the Combo.</description>
